Description
This is a single Ballistic Advantage Modern Series AR-15 pistol barrel chambered for the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge. Measuring 8.5 inches long, the barrel is constructed from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel and features a durable, matte black QPQ Nitride finish. It is configured with a 1/7 twist rate and a pistol-length gas system, with a gas port drilled into the top of the barrel. The piece is fitted with a barrel extension containing M4-style feed ramps and an index pin for secure installation into an upper receiver. Prominent markings engraved on the side include the manufacturer’s flame-within-a-spade logo and the verbatim text 5.56×45 NATO 1/7 4150 CrMoV S1012. The barrel is threaded at the muzzle for the attachment of standard muzzle devices and includes protective black plastic caps on both ends. This component is suitable for new custom builds or as a replacement part for AR-15 pattern platforms.

Condition report:
The barrel is in new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear, scratches, or corrosion to the Nitride finish. The bore is bright and clean with sharp rifling and no evidence of firing. The barrel extension and index pin are undamaged, and the threads at the muzzle are crisp and well-defined. Both protective caps are present and intact.
