Description
This lot features a cased Smith & Wesson Model 60-15 Pro Series double-action revolver chambered for .357 Magnum. The firearm is equipped with a 3-inch barrel and is constructed with a satin stainless steel finish throughout the barrel and frame. Currently fitted with checkered wood laminate grips featuring Smith & Wesson medallions, the revolver also includes an additional set of black rubber factory grips for alternative configuration. The sighting system consists of a Trijicon front night sight marked Trijicon F H3 08 and a black adjustable rear sight. Accompanying the firearm are two speed clips with spare O-rings, the factory instruction manual, and the original blue plastic manufacturer hard case. Key markings include the model designation 60-15 and the serial number CLU3440 on the frame crane. The left side of the barrel is marked S&W .357 MAGNUM while the right side is marked SMITH & WESSON. The left side of the frame features the Smith & Wesson logo and TRADE MARK REG U.S. PAT OFF. The right side of the frame is engraved Pro Series in script above the manufacturer address MADE IN U.S.A. MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The satin stainless steel finish is in excellent overall condition, exhibiting only a faint turn line on the five-shot cylinder. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The checkered wood grips are well-preserved with sharp texture, and the included rubber grips appear in good condition. The hard case shows minimal shelf wear and retains its original factory label. The action appears to function correctly, although we have not function-tested this firearm.
