Description
This Crosman Model 3100 is a break barrel air rifle chambered for .177 caliber pellets. The rifle features a blued finish on the metal components and is fitted with a Monte Carlo style wood stock including a black rubber butt pad and white spacer. The sighting system includes an adjustable rear notch sight and a hooded front sight. Key markings include the model designation Crosman Model 3100 and .177 Cal. stamped on the left side of the receiver along with the serial number 57664. The right side of the receiver displays a caution statement regarding the instruction manual and the manufacturer address of Crosman Airguns, East Bloomfield, New York, U.S.A. The barrel block is explicitly marked Crosman Airguns with a crosshair logo, A Coleman Company, and Made in Spain. The plastic front sight housing is severely cracked and damaged. Note – As an antique or black powder firearm, this item does not require a background check.
Condition report:
The blued metal finish shows visible surface oxidation and light pitting across the barrel and receiver. The bore was not inspected. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function tested this air rifle. The wood stock is in fair condition with scattered light scratches and handling marks throughout. The plastic front sight housing is broken and severely cracked, and the rear sight shows some surface residue.
