Description
This Ruger M77 Mark II is a bolt action sporting rifle chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum, featuring a durable brushed stainless steel finish on the barrel and receiver. The rifle is equipped with a 24-inch barrel and a receiver that incorporates integral scope mounts, which currently house a pair of matching stainless steel scope rings. A standout feature is the laminated wood stock, which presents a high-visibility lime green and charcoal color pattern with a smooth finish and a checkered-style grip texture. Verbatim markings include the left side of the receiver stamped RUGER M77 MARK II alongside the serial number 791-80335. The barrel is marked on the top STURM, RUGER & CO. INC., SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A. and on the left side .300 WIN MAG accompanied by a circular Ruger proof mark. The rifle is completed with a black rubber LimbSaver recoil pad and sling swivel studs. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in very good overall condition. The stainless steel surfaces exhibit only minor handling marks and faint surface scuffs, primarily on the barrel. The bore is bright with sharp, clean rifling. The bolt action cycles smoothly and the trigger pull is crisp. The laminated wood stock is excellent, retaining vibrant coloration with no significant dings, chips, or cracks visible. The LimbSaver recoil pad is pliable and well-fitted.
