Description
This lot consists of forty rounds of Zuber brand 12-gauge ammunition, contained within four individual boxes of ten shells each. The 2 3/4-inch (70 mm) shells are loaded with a 00 buckshot charge containing 9 pellets, with a total weight of 1 1/5 oz (34 grams). Performance specifications printed on the packaging indicate a muzzle velocity of 1365 feet per second (415 meters per second). The shells feature clear, ribbed plastic hulls that allow the lead pellets and white buffering material to be seen, with the manufacturer name ZUBER printed in black on the side. The high brass-plated heads are marked with a headstamp showing the number 12 and a star symbol. Verbatim markings on the cardboard boxes include ZUBER, a gazelle logo, 00 – BUCKSHOT 9 PELLETS, 10 Pieces, and 12 GA, as well as a technical specification grid detailing gauge, length, buckshot size, pellet count, weight, and velocity. The inside flap of one box bears the stamped identification number 21033105.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in clean, original, and live condition. The brass-plated heads and primers show no signs of corrosion or significant oxidation, and the clear plastic hulls remain intact. The original cardboard packaging exhibits moderate shelf wear, including minor crushing and small tears at the corners and opening flaps.
