Description
This Mossberg Model 500C is a pump action shotgun chambered for 20 gauge shells, suitable for various field and sporting applications. The firearm features a 22 inch blued barrel with a ventilated rib, a brass mid bead, and a white front bead sight, and is equipped with the Accu Choke system. The receiver is finished in matte black and features a top mounted safety and a cross bolt trigger pin. The furniture consists of a durable polymer stock and forend featuring a textured grip and a pink and black camouflage pattern. The butt is fitted with a ventilated black rubber recoil pad marked with the manufacturer logo. Prominent markings on the underside of the receiver include Mossberg MADE IN USA NORTH HAVEN, CONN. 500C 20 GA. and the serial number U605066. Barrel markings specify MOSSBERG CHAMBERED FOR 2 3/4 AND 3 IN. SHELLS 20 GA. 22 IN. ACCU CHOKE. The shotgun displays visible orange residue around the receiver and forend assembly, consistent with clay target shooting. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The shotgun is in used condition with the blued barrel finish remaining largely intact, showing only minor surface scuffs. The black finish on the receiver displays light handling wear. The pink camouflage finish on the polymer furniture exhibits some light scratches and wear from field use. The bore is bright and appears to have been well maintained. The action appears to function correctly, although we have not function tested this firearm.
