Description
This Dark Storm Industries DS-15 is a stripped, fixed-magazine lower receiver designed for an AR-15 pattern rifle in a multi-caliber configuration. It is a specialized, compliance-focused component featuring a non-removable magazine well with a pre-installed 10-round polymer magazine containing a grey 5.56 marked follower. Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, the receiver features a uniform matte black anodized finish and an integrated, oversized trigger guard. Significant markings on the left side of the magazine well include DS-15, CAL: MULTI, the serial number EFX1067, and US PATENT 9,482,478. The left side above the fire control group area is engraved with DARK STORM INDUSTRIES and OAKDALE NY USA. The lower flange is marked G3.2-201124 and 7075-T6, while the right side of the magazine well displays a DSI shield logo. Pictographic safe and fire selector markings are present on both sides. This item is accompanied by its original manufacturer box with a matching serial number label. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The lower receiver is in excellent, unused condition, appearing to remain in its factory state. The matte black anodized finish is uniform throughout with no visible scratches, assembly marks, or signs of wear. The interior surfaces are clean and devoid of debris. The pre-installed 10-round magazine is in new condition. As a stripped receiver, mechanical functionality has not been tested, though all machined surfaces and holes appear consistent with original manufacturer specifications.
