Description
This Gamo Swarm Maxxim G2 is a break-barrel multi-shot air rifle chambered in .177 caliber (4.5mm). It features Gamo’s 10X GEN2 multi-shot magazine system located above the breech block, allowing for rapid fire of up to ten pellets before reloading is required. The rifle is equipped with a fluted and shrouded barrel that incorporates an integrated muzzle brake for noise reduction. The receiver is mounted with a Gamo-branded variable power scope on a patented Recoil Reducing Rail designed to mitigate the bi-directional recoil typical of spring-piston airguns. The stock is a black synthetic polymer design with textured surfaces on the pistol grip and forearm for a secure hold, and it features an SWA (Shock Wave Absorber) recoil pad with three removable rubber inserts. Key markings on the left side of the receiver include the Gamo logo and SWARM MAXXIM G2 above a safety warning reading BEWARE OF REMAINING PELLET INTO THE BREECH. The right side of the breech block is stamped MADE IN SPAIN and PATENTED, and displays the serial number 04-1C-081347-21 and the caliber Cal. 4.5 (.177). The scope rail is explicitly marked with patent number 9863741B2.
Condition report:
The black synthetic stock remains in good used condition, showing minor scuffs and superficial handling marks consistent with regular use. The matte black finish on the metal receiver and barrel shroud is largely intact with only faint surface wear near the break-action hinge. The bore appears clean and unobstructed through the muzzle brake. The break-barrel action functions smoothly and the manual safety is operational. The mounted Gamo optic provides a clear sight picture with a standard duplex reticle, and the lens covers are included. This air rifle has not been function-tested with live pellets.
