This lot consists of a collection of 700 assorted .22 caliber rimfire ammunition cartridges, featuring a diverse array of manufacturers and loads across seventeen original boxes and one clear plastic bag of loose mixed rounds. The boxed ammunition includes three boxes of Winchester Wildcat 22 High Velocity, three vintage Peters boxes with duck motifs, one box of Remington 22 Thunderbolt, one yellow box of Peters Rustless .22 Long Rifle, one box of CCI Blazer, one box of Winchester Super-X Hollow Point High Velocity, and one box of Remington Hi-Speed Kleanbore .22 Long. Further items include a clear display-style box of Winchester Super-X High Velocity, a box of Western Super-X, a box of Montgomery Ward High Speed .22 Long Rifle, a blue plastic box of CCI Stinger, a box of Eley Match, and a partially open box of CCI Standard Velocity. Condition report:
The packaging ranges from vintage cardboard to modern plastic, with the cardboard boxes showing typical shelf wear, fraying at the edges, and some surface staining. A price tag from Big 5 Sporting Goods is present on the CCI Stinger box. The ammunition is in overall good condition, though some lead round nose bullets exhibit white oxidation or lead bloom consistent with aged storage. Brass cases show light surface tarnishing in some instances. The cartridges appear to be live and intact.
