Description
This is a single Winchester Model 70 bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum, optimized for long-range hunting or precision shooting. The firearm features a matte black finish on the metal components and is equipped with a threaded barrel terminating in a knurled thread protector. The rifle is mounted in an attractive green synthetic stock with a black textured spiderweb pattern for enhanced grip, featuring a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and dual sling swivel studs. A Vortex Viper 4-16x50mm riflescope is installed on a Picatinny-style optics rail using Vortex rings, and the optic includes flip-up lens covers and a BDC-style reticle. Key markings include the serial number G2211190 stamped on the right side of the receiver and WINCHESTER -TRADE MARK- on the left side of the receiver. The barrel is verbatim marked — WINCHESTER® MODEL 70 300 WIN. MAG. — MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CT U.S.A. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The metal finish is in good overall condition, showing light handling wear and a few minor scuffs along the barrel. The mounting screws on the optic rings exhibit minor surface oxidation. The green synthetic stock remains in excellent condition with minimal signs of field use. The optic glass appears clear with a crisp reticle. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm for safety or mechanical accuracy.
