One pound of powder consisting of IMR 3031 smokeless propellant intended for reloading small arms ammunition. The product is housed in a black plastic bottle with a red and white label. The front of the container is printed with the IMR logo and text reading IMR 3031 Smokeless Powder and Danger! Extremely Flammable. The reverse side includes comprehensive safety and handling instructions, as well as the address for IMR Powder Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. A barcode is located on the back with the transcription 7 54486 05105 5. Print on the label indicates the propellant was manufactured in Canada and packaged in the USA.

Condition report:
The container and label appear to be in good, clean condition. The screw-top cap is present and appears original to the bottle. The label is fully attached and legible with very minor shelf wear.
