A one-pound container of Hodgdon H4831 Extreme smokeless rifle powder, manufactured by the Hodgdon Powder Co. of Shawnee, Kansas. The propellant is housed in a black molded plastic bottle with a black screw-top lid. The front label features the company logo—a red H with a flame—and incorporates a Reloading Data Center chart providing technical specifications for several calibers, including .25-06 Rem., .260 Rem., .270 Win., .280 Rem., 7mm Rem. Mag., and .300 Win. Mag. The reverse side of the label contains extensive safety warnings, storage instructions, and contact information for the manufacturer.
