Description
A collection of eight vintage raised handgun rib kits designed for the Ruger Security Six revolver with a 6-inch barrel. The lot includes seven kits manufactured by Marble Arms Corp. and one kit by Poly-Choke. The Marble’s kits are housed in orange cardboard boxes with viewing windows, each labeled with model number 96110. The packaging identifies the maker as Marble Arms Corp. of Gladstone, Michigan. The single Poly-Choke kit is contained in a plastic case with a black base and clear lid, featuring patent numbers 3556889 and 195340. Each kit contains a black-finished metal rib designed for user installation to provide a raised sighting plane without the need for machining or fitting.
Condition report:
Items are in new old stock condition. The original packaging shows moderate shelf wear consistent with age, including yellowing and discoloration of the paper labels, minor corner wear to the cardboard boxes, and light surface scuffing on the plastic case. The metal components appear to be in good, unused condition within their respective containers.
