Condition report:
The blade exhibits significant patination, discoloration, and pitting consistent with age and military use. The brass hilt is tarnished, but the stamped markings remain visible. The accompanying leather scabbard shows substantial deterioration, including cracking and loss of finish on the leather, with tarnished brass components. Overall condition reflects heavy wear.
