Description
A WWII German K98 Dress Bayonet, complete with its scabbard and integrated leather frog. The knife features a polished metal blade with a distinct fuller. The blade’s ricasso bears a circular marking that reads “G. GUSTAV SPITZER” and “SOLINGEN”, encircling a lion motif. It is complemented by a metal crossguard and pommel, and a black, textured grip secured by rivets. The accompanying scabbard is made of black-painted metal, and is held by a brown leather frog displaying visible stitching and metal rivets.
Condition report:
Good, used condition. The blade exhibits wear. The black-painted metal scabbard shows considerable paint loss and surface scratches. The brown leather frog displays noticeable creasing and wear.
