Description
A DDR NVA Wachregiment Uniform, comprising an olive-grey woven fabric tunic and matching trousers. The single-breasted tunic features a five-button front closure with silver-colored metal buttons and four flap pockets, each secured with matching buttons. The tunic is adorned with two striped silver and black shoulder boards and a prominent white embroidered band on the left sleeve reading “NVA – WACHREGIMENT” (National People’s Army – Guard Regiment). Internal markings within the jacket include “NVA,” “1850,” “g 52,” and “1/D” stamped, along with a printed “g 52” label. The trousers bear internal stamps “NVA,” “1850,” “f/2” and a printed “m 52” label.
