An English Model 1796 Light Cavalry Trooper’s Saber, manufactured by Osborn. This military saber features a curved steel blade, a brass stirrup guard and pommel, and a ribbed black grip, likely crafted from leather or horn. The blade is visibly marked “Osborn” in script along the spine near the hilt.
Condition report:
