Description
A lot of Hornady Custom .243 WIN 95 Grain SST Ammunition, comprising 100 rounds. The ammunition is presented in multiple new-old-stock cardboard boxes, each designed to contain 20 brass-cased cartridges. The light brown boxes feature the “Hornady AMMUNITION” brand in red, the slogan “Accurate. Deadly. Dependable.”, and a black and white portrait of J.W. Hornady (1909-1981). Side panels confirm the “CUSTOM” product line and “.243 WIN” caliber. Rear panels provide ballistic data, UPC barcode (0190255804683), “Made in USA” and “CIP M” markings, and detailed lead warnings and company information in both English and French. The French text, “Remarque: Le cartouches Hornady Custom sont conçues pour être tirés dans des armes à feu qui sont en bon état et qui, à l’origine, ont été fabriqués et chambrées pour cette cartouche. Ranger hors de la portée des enfants,” translates to “Notice: Hornady Custom cartridges are designed to be fired in firearms that are in good condition and were originally manufactured and chambered for this cartridge. Keep out of reach of children.” The individual cartridges feature pointed, red-tipped projectiles and are housed in black plastic trays.
Condition report:
The individual cartridges appear to be in pristine, new-old-stock condition. The boxes themselves exhibit minor wear consistent with storage, including some scuffs and a small stain on one box, but are largely intact.
