Description
A lot of 100 cartridges of IMI Systems centerfire ammunition. The caliber is 9mm Luger, featuring a 115 grain Di-Cut Jacketed Hollow Point (JHP) projectile. The lot is comprised of two boxes, each marked for a capacity of 50 cartridges. Visible packaging markings include “Shooting With The Best,” “IMI SYSTEMS,” and “LOT: 00101/E.” The individual cartridges feature brass casings and copper-colored projectiles with red primer sealant. The headstamps on the cartridges are clearly marked “IMI 9mm LUGER.” This ammunition is classified as modern centerfire pistol ammunition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
Condition report:
The rifle is in poor to fair overall condition, consistent with extensive field use over more than a century. All metal components exhibit a heavy, dark, aged patina with significant surface wear, discoloration, and scattered minor surface oxidation and pitting throughout the barrel and receiver. There is essentially no original finish remaining. The falling block action appears to function correctly when cycled manually, though we have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. The bore is likely dark and pitted given the external condition, but this cannot be definitively confirmed without a bore scope. The hardwood stock and forend show extensive scratches, dings, and handling marks commensurate with age, but appear structurally sound with no major cracks observed. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
