Description
This is a specialized precision reloading instrument identified as a 21st Century Shooting Powered Neck Turning Lathe. This device is utilized by competitive shooters and precision handloaders to uniformly reduce the thickness of cartridge case necks, a critical step in achieving optimal concentricity and consistent bullet release. The assembly features a robust base frame constructed of blue anodized aluminum, supporting a red anodized block assembly that holds the case. The base is marked 21ST Century Shooting. The red block features a knurled silver adjustment dial indexed with numerical markings for micro-adjustment of the cut depth. Inscriptions on the red block and base celebrate the company’s history: 2010-2020 CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF PRECISION RELOADING. The opposing assembly holds the drive bit and case holder components. The tool is designed to be powered by an external drill or motor (not included). This item is classified strictly as a reloading tool and is not a firearm or ammunition.

The magazines are in used, very good cosmetic condition. The stainless/satin finish shows moderate surface scratching, handling marks, and minor scuffing consistent with insertion and removal from a firearm and typical range use. The feed lips appear undamaged. The springs and followers appear functional, though we have not function-tested these magazines with live ammunition or a firearm. The polymer basepads on the Ed Brown magazines show minor wear. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
