Lot 1333:
A Lot of 100 Rounds of .222 Remington Precision Handloaded Ammunition
Sold for: $75
Description
A Lot of 100 rounds of .222 Remington precision handloaded rifle ammunition. The ammunition is contained within two bright green hinged plastic ammunition storage boxes, consistent with MTM Case-Gard products. The lot consists of 100 complete cartridges, featuring brass casings and various copper-jacketed spitzer or spitzer boat-tail projectiles intended for precision testing and load development in the .222 Rem caliber. The variety of projectiles includes different weights (e.g., 50gr, 52gr, 55gr, 60gr, 70gr, 75gr) and types, some appearing to be open-tip match or soft-point designs. The interior lids of both storage boxes are affixed with multiple handwritten white paper labels detailing specific custom load data. These labels transcribe powder types (including IMR, H, and RL series powders), bullet weights, and specific observed results or designations (e.g., Super X, Test Load, Best). This collection represents extensive, documented load development for precision shooting.
Condition report:
The pistol is in very good to near-new physical condition. The black polymer frame shows minimal signs of handling wear. The stainless steel slide retains excellent finish. The bore appears bright with sharp rifling. There is minor discoloration and fouling visible on the exposed barrel hood near the ejection port, suggesting the firearm may have been test-fired or lightly used, though overall condition remains excellent. The action appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. We have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
