Condition report:
The overall condition is fair, showing significant cosmetic wear consistent with heavy use. The blued finish on the barrel shows thinning and scattered scratches. The receiver exhibits heavy scratching, scuffing, and finish loss, particularly along the edges and flats, exposing the underlying metal in several areas. The large lever loop also shows substantial finish loss and wear. The wood stock and forend display numerous handling marks, dents, and scuffs, though the inlaid deer motif remains visible. The action appears to function correctly, cycling the lever opens the breech and cocks the hammer, but we have not function-tested this firearm for safety or accuracy. The bore condition is unknown. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
