Gun Collectors Dream Auction #81 January 31st & Feb 1st
Lot 374:
Sold for: $85
Description
A collection of eight items consisting primarily of new-in-box and loose Magpul accessories designed for the Kalashnikov (AK-47/AK-74) platform, along with two surplus steel magazines. The lot includes one loose Magpul ZHUKOV-S Stock (black polymer, folding style) and its original retail box (MAG585). The box confirms compatibility with most stamped AK-47/AKM/AK-74 pattern receivers. Also included is one Magpul MOE AKM Hand Guard retail box (MAG619), designed for stamped AK-47/AK-74 rifles with standard length gas systems. A separate black polymer accessory block (likely a stock or sight adapter) is present, along with a small clear plastic bag containing a spring and screw/pin. The lot is rounded out by two curved steel magazines, likely 7.62x39mm caliber, finished in blued or black phosphate. One magazine displays a faint ’20’ marking on the rear rib. A small, rounded, silver-colored metal object, possibly an oiler or flask, is also included.
Condition: The Magpul accessories, including the loose Zhukov-S stock, the adapter block, and the items within the retail boxes, appear to be in excellent, unused, or new-old-stock condition. The retail boxes show minor shelf wear and display inventory stickers. The two steel magazines show moderate surface wear, finish loss, scratching, and handling marks consistent with surplus use, but appear structurally sound. The small parts in the plastic bag are new. We have not function-tested the magazines or installed the accessories. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
