Description
This is a replacement or accessory barrel for the Mossberg Model 500 pump-action shotgun. The barrel is chambered for 20 Gauge shells, accepting both 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch magnum loads. The barrel features a full-length vent rib and is equipped with the Mossberg Accu-Choke system, allowing for interchangeable choke tubes. Visible markings transcribed from the barrel read: MOSSBERG CHAMBERED FOR 2 3/4 AND 3 IN. SHELLS – 20 GA. – 26 IN. ACCU-CHOKE. The barrel is finished in a matte black/blued finish and includes the attached metal mounting lug and securing screw. The original clear plastic clamshell packaging is included, confirming the specifications (Model 500, 20 GA., 26", #90136) and noting the inclusion of I.C. Condition: The barrel retains the majority of its matte black finish, showing general surface wear, light scuffing, smudges, and dust consistent with handling and light use. There are no signs of heavy pitting or deep rust. The vent rib is intact. The mounting lug and screw appear functional. The bore condition cannot be assessed visually as the barrel is not mounted to a receiver. We have not function-tested this accessory.
