This lot consists of one Lyman M-5 Precision Reloading Scale, manufactured for Lyman by Ohaus. This is a highly regarded beam balance scale designed for accurately measuring powder charges and components for ammunition reloading. The scale features a cast metal base finished in a metallic bronze or brown color, topped by a removable cream-colored plastic dust cover/case. The measuring beam is marked up to 500 grains, with fine adjustments controlled by a circular dial mechanism on the left pivot. Markings visible on the dust cover and base confirm the model: Lyman M-5 Precision Reloading Scale, Manufactured for Lyman by OHAUS. A central metal plate provides a detailed Ounce-Grain Conversion chart.
