Description

A contemporary semi-automatic sporting rifle, Model WORKHORSE, manufactured by Battle Arms Development, Inc. (B.A.D.) in Henderson, NV, U.S.A. This AR-15 pattern rifle features a black anodized finish on the aluminum receivers and is marked MDL: WORKHORSE, CAL: MULTI, with serial identifier WP08072. The lower receiver is marked “PATENT PENDING” and features the distinctive B.A.D. Spartan helmet logo, which is repeated on the bolt carrier group. The rifle utilizes a free-float aluminum handguard marked “B.A.D.” and is fitted with an adjustable polymer stock marked “B5.” The barrel markings, partially visible through the handguard, indicate a 5.56mm NATO chambering with a 1:7 twist rate (R SCO 5.5[X] ATO 1/7 4[X] 50 CMV), suggesting Chrome Moly Vanadium steel construction. The rifle is presented in its original black plastic hard case, which is contained within the original brown cardboard shipping box labeled “WORKHORSE-017 WORKHORSE RIFLE” and repeating the serial WP08072. Accessories include a circular BATTLE ARMS cloth patch, a circular BATTLE ARMS DEVELOPMENT, Inc. Certificate of Authenticity decal, a small white card signed “George S. George,” a folded brochure titled “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES,” and a small clear plastic bag containing two red items.
