Description
A lot comprising two vintage American-made rifle scopes, both constructed of black metallic alloy with standard fine crosshair reticles. The first scope (upper) is clearly marked “WEAVER V22-A USA” near the ocular lens. This is a variable magnification model, with visible numerical settings including 3 and 4 on the adjustment scale. It features two fully exposed, knurled elevation and windage turrets with contrasting white markings for precise adjustment. Two mounting rings are currently affixed to the scope tube. The second scope (lower) has a matte black finish and features a larger, flared objective bell, suggesting a higher magnification or light gathering capability. Markings near the turret housing include the serial or model number “148277K” and “MADE IN USA.” This scope features one covered turret cap and one exposed knurled adjustment cap. Mounting brackets are attached to the tube assembly. A white adhesive inventory label bearing the number “5903” is attached to the objective bell. Both scopes represent classic American sporting optics manufacturing from the mid to late 20th century.
