Sold for: $500
Description
A highly complete example of the Remington Model 700 SPS (Special Purpose Synthetic) bolt-action rifle, chambered in the popular .308 Winchester cartridge. The Model 700 is one of the most iconic and successful American sporting rifles ever produced. This modern iteration features a 24-inch barrel and a durable black synthetic stock designed for all-weather performance. The stock is enhanced with grey textured grip panels on the forend and pistol grip for improved handling, and is fitted with a proprietary “supercell” recoil pad marked with a large ‘R’. The rifle utilizes a hinged floor-plate for easy unloading. Visible markings on the receiver confirm the manufacturer and model: “Remington MODEL 700,” along with the serial number “RAR049137” and a 2D barcode. The barrel is marked “REMINGTON ILION, NY .308 WIN.” The rifle is accompanied by its original cardboard shipping box, which retains the product label confirming the serial number (RAR049137), SKU (R27359), caliber, barrel length, and stock configuration. Accessories include the original Owner’s Manual, a promotional “JOIN TODAY!” flyer, one small black hex key, and one sealed plastic package containing the required red and white cable lock assembly.
