Description
This lot consists of a total quantity of 20 rounds of centerfire rifle ammunition manufactured by Federal under the American Eagle product line. The cartridges are chambered in .50 BMG and are loaded with 660-grain Full Metal Jacket projectiles. Designed for long-range target shooting, the ammunition utilizes reloadable brass casings that feature visible factory annealing marks at the neck and shoulder. Verbatim markings on the two 10-round boxes include American Eagle, XM33, and XM33C, along with the designation 10 Centerfire Rifle Cartridges. The cartridge headstamps are clearly marked with the characters L C 1 3, indicating manufacture at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in 2013. Each primer is sealed with a red lacquer to provide environmental protection and ensure long-term reliability.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent condition and appears live. The brass casings are clean and bright, showing no signs of corrosion or significant oxidation. The projectiles are properly seated and the red lacquer primer seals remain intact. The two original black cardboard boxes exhibit minor shelf wear, including light surface scuffing and minor fraying at the corners and edges.
