The second assembly is a Lyman single-cavity mold with blocks stamped LYMAN and 574, featuring handles covered in cream-colored CPVC piping. The third assembly is an RCBS mold with wooden handles, featuring a block stamped RCBS and 30-150-SIL, with 150GR also visible on the block. Key markings transcribed verbatim include RCBS, 44-245-KT, LYMAN, 574, 30-150-SIL, and 150GR.
Condition report:
The collection ranges in condition from fair to good. The RCBS 44-245-KT mold shows light surface wear and minor oxidation on the steel blocks. The Lyman mold exhibits moderate surface oxidation and wear to the metal components, with the handles showing non-standard CPVC covers. The RCBS 30-150-SIL mold shows significant surface rust and pitting across the steel components. All wooden handles show typical dings and staining from use. The mechanical pivot actions appear to function, though they have not been tested with molten lead.
