Description
This lot features a Walther P22 semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR with a 3.42-inch barrel. The firearm is configured with a matte black finished slide and a polymer frame featuring a leaf-pattern camouflage finish. The frame includes an integrated accessory rail on the underside and a textured black interchangeable backstrap. Sighting is provided by a three-dot polymer system. Key markings include the Walther banner logo and P22 on the left side of the slide. The right side of the slide is marked WALTHER ARMS FORT SMITH, AR cal. .22 l.r. alongside the Walther banner. Visible on the barrel through the ejection port are German proof marks including an eagle over N, an antler proof mark, and the date code BD. The right side of the frame is marked CARL WALTHER ULM/DO over MADE IN GERMANY and includes a serial number plate reading WA069020. Included with the firearm is one stainless steel magazine, a Walther P22Q safety and instruction manual, a small plastic bag containing tools and accessories, and the original black plastic hard case with a matching serial number label. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm appears to be in good overall condition. The matte black finish on the slide shows minor handling wear, and some finish wear is visible on the top of the barrel through the ejection port. The camouflage finish on the polymer frame remains vibrant with minimal signs of use. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The bore was not inspected.
