Description
This lot consists of a machining jig and associated tooling designed for the Polymer80 PF940 series 80 percent pistol frames. The primary component is a red polymer machining jig featuring a central diamond-shaped logo with 80 in the center, surrounded by the transcribed text POLYMER, EIGHTY, RELUCTOR, and DOMINATUS. The jig is marked with various guide hole sizes including 5/64, 7/64, 5/32, and 7/16 End Mill. Included tooling comprises one small drill bit marked 5/64 HSS in a clear plastic case and one larger end mill bit marked HSS 9.0 housed in a blue plastic case hand-labeled 9mm End Mill. The items are contained within a black factory box bearing the silver-colored text POLYMER80 on the top surface. This lot includes the jig and machining bits only; the 80 percent pistol frame is not included.
Condition report:
The red polymer jig is in good used condition, showing minor surface marks and evidence of previous use in the guide holes. The machining bits appear functional with some light wear to the cutting edges. The black factory box shows minor shelf wear and remains structurally sound. The blue plastic bit case has handwritten ink markings.
