Description
This RCBS Small Base 2-die reloading set is chambered for .223 Remington and is housed in its original green plastic molded storage case. The set consists of two steel dies featuring knurled adjustment surfaces and locking rings, designed for resizing and seating operations. Included with the dies is one metal shell holder designated as number 10. Key markings on the factory label include the manufacturer RCBS, the parent company Omark Industries, the model designation S B DIE SET .223 REM, part number 11103, and the instruction to use shell holder #10. The case lid is embossed with the RCBS and Omark Industries logos. Also contained within the lot is a lot of 5 .223 Remington cartridges, several of which bear handwritten notations such as FACTORY and SAMPLE TROY. An informational sheet regarding RCBS plastic ammunition boxes is also present.
Condition report:
The dies appear in used but functional condition with minor surface wear and light oxidation consistent with age and use. The adjustment rings and threads are intact. The green plastic case shows external scuffing and retains a retail price sticker of $54.99. The included ammunition components show various bullet profiles and handwritten markings on the brass cases; these items have not been tested and are sold as-is.
