Description
The Crosman Model 622 Pell Clip Repeater is a CO2-powered pump-action air rifle chambered for .22 caliber pellets. This model features a pump-action mechanism operated by a sliding wood forend and is equipped with a smooth wood stock. The receiver and barrel assembly feature a black finish. Sighting is provided by a fixed blade front sight and an adjustable ramp rear sight. A knurled cap for the CO2 cartridge chamber is located at the front of the assembly beneath the barrel. Key markings on the barrel include the model designation 622 PELL CLIP REPEATER and the manufacturer CROSMAN ARMS, CO. Additional barrel markings specify .22 CAL. PELLGUN PAT. PENDING and FAIRPORT, N.Y. U.S.A. A prominent orange instructional sticker on the right side of the forend reads PULL SLIDE BACK TO REMOVE CLIP. The required rotary pellet clip is missing from the receiver. Note – As an antique or black powder firearm, this item does not require a background check.
Condition report:
The black finish on the receiver and barrel shows light surface wear with scattered minor scratches and some debris near the barrel band. The wood stock and forend are in good condition, showing scattered minor dings and surface scratches consistent with handling. The instructional sticker on the forend is legible but shows wear and peeling at the edges. The bore was not inspected. The pump action appears to function mechanically, but the rifle has not been pressure tested with CO2 or function tested with pellets. The rotary pellet clip is missing.
