Description
This lot consists of 2000 Remington No. 7 1/2 Small Rifle Bench Rest Primers intended for use in centerfire cartridges. The collection is comprised of two large green cardboard boxes, each containing ten smaller boxes of 100 primers each for a total verified quantity of 2000. The packaging features the prominent Remington cursive logo and technical specifications for bench rest applications requiring small rifle primers. Key markings on the exterior of the large boxes include No. 7 1/2 Small Rifle Bench Rest Primers, FOR CENTERFIRE CARTRIDGES, and 1000 PRIMERS – 10 BOXES OF 100 EACH. The individual 100-count boxes are finished in an orange and green color scheme and contain black plastic grid trays that hold the brass-colored primers. Safety warnings are printed in both English and French on the exterior of the packaging.
Condition report:
The cardboard packaging exhibits minor shelf wear and softening at the corners consistent with age and storage, though all text and graphics remain bright and legible. The primers themselves appear to be in excellent condition with no visible signs of corrosion or oxidation on the brass cups. The lot appears to be live and unused.
