This is a Belgian-manufactured Browning Hi-Power semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, originally produced in 1981. The firearm is configured for target or practical use, featuring a standard length aftermarket Bar-Sto Precision Machine barrel and textured orange and black G10-style grips. The slide is equipped with an adjustable rear target sight and a front blade sight with a red high-visibility insert. The frame features a checkered front strap and backstrap for enhanced control. Key markings include the left side of the slide roll-marked BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL, P.Q. and the right side marked MADE IN BELGIUM BY FABRIQUE NATIONALE HERSTAL. The aftermarket barrel is marked BAR-STO 9mm P at the ejection port. The serial number 245PZ56642 is located on the front strap. The pistol is accompanied by a single blued steel double-stack magazine with a polymer floor plate. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish is in good used condition, exhibiting moderate holster wear and thinning on the slide flats and forward edges. The backstrap shows areas of light surface oxidation and minor pitting. The aftermarket G10 grips are in excellent condition with sharp texturing. The bore is not visible in the provided images, but the action appears to function correctly; however, we have not function-tested this firearm. The magazine shows standard insertion wear.
