Description
This Ruger GP100 is a double action six-shot revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, designed for durability and reliable performance. The firearm features a 3 inch blued steel barrel equipped with a high-visibility green fiber optic front sight and a frame-mounted adjustable rear sight. The blued steel frame is fitted with factory black rubber grips featuring checkered wood inserts, both of which display the Ruger phoenix logo. Verbatim markings on the firearm include READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL — RUGER — NEWPORT, NH USA on the left side of the barrel and RUGER GP100 over 357 MAGNUM on the right side of the barrel. The right side of the frame is marked with the serial number 179-38912 and a Ruger logo. This lot includes a Ruger-branded cardboard box; however, the label on the box is for a Ruger LCP Max pistol and is not original to this firearm. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish is in good overall condition, exhibiting minor wear on the cylinder and frame edges consistent with standard use. Light oxidation is present on the hammer and trigger surfaces. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The double action and single action mechanisms appear to function correctly, and the cylinder locks up securely, though we have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. The factory grips are well-maintained with clean checkering on the wood inserts.
