Description
The Ruger LC9 is a subcompact, hammer-fired, double-action only semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Parabellum, designed for concealed carry. This firearm features a 3.12 inch barrel and a matte black finished alloy steel slide with rear cocking serrations. The frame is constructed of black glass-filled nylon with integrated textured grip panels and a rounded trigger guard. It is equipped with a three-dot sight system consisting of a fixed front sight and a windage-adjustable rear sight, along with a manual thumb safety, a slide lock, and a top-mounted LOADED WHEN UP chamber indicator. Verbatim markings include LC9 on the left side of the slide, RUGER • PRESCOTT • AZ • USA on the right side of the slide, and 9mmx19 on the barrel hood. The right side of the frame is stamped with the serial number 325-36873 and the manufacturer safety warning BEFORE USING GUN-READ WARNINGS IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL-AVAILABLE FREE-WWW.RUGER.COM. Included with the pistol are two 7-round magazines bearing the Ruger logo, one with a finger extension and one with a larger grip extension, and a black textured hard plastic carrying case. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in good used condition. The matte black slide finish shows light surface wear and minor speckling, primarily on the forward left side. The polymer frame is well-preserved with only minor handling marks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The action appears to function correctly, and the magazines seat and release properly, though we have not function-tested this firearm for live fire. The included hard case and magazines show standard signs of use.
