Description
This lot features a three-die carbide reloading set manufactured by RCBS, a division of Omark Industries, specifically chambered for .357 Magnum and .38 Special cartridges. The set includes a carbide sizing die, an expanding die, and a seating die, all constructed of steel with silver-colored knurled adjustment rings. Also included within the original gray plastic case are a black metal shell holder and a printed instruction manual. The exterior of the case is embossed with the RCBS logo and OMARK INDUSTRIES. A white adhesive label on the side provides the technical specifications, reading 3-DIE CARB SET .357MG/.38SP, part number 18212, and the instruction USE SHELL HOLDER #6. The carbide construction of the sizing die allows for resizing cases without the necessity of lubrication. The components show evidence of light use, including minor surface residue and faint wear on the knurling. An orange price sticker of $79.99 is present on the barcode of the manufacturer label.
Condition report:
The dies are in good used condition with clean internal surfaces and no visible pitting or heavy oxidation. The adjustment rings and threads appear to be in good working order. The shell holder shows minor finish wear from use. The plastic storage case is intact with some light scuffing and typical storage wear. The instruction sheet is complete and legible.
