Description
This lot consists of a Remington Model XP-100 bolt-action receiver and bolt assembly, currently configured as a non-barreled action intended for use as a parts gun or for repair. The blued steel receiver is housed in a custom laminated wood thumbhole stock featuring a grey, black, and yellow-green color pattern with three cooling vents on each side of the forend. Key markings include the manufacturer and model designation Remington MODEL XP-100 on the left side of the receiver, along with the serial number 7505368. The stock is fitted with a black rubber recoil pad also marked Remington. This assembly is incomplete and is missing the barrel, internal trigger components, firing pin, and rear bolt cap. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish on the receiver remains largely intact with some thinning. Light surface oxidation and pitting are present on the bolt handle, the interior of the receiver, and the trigger guard. The custom laminated stock is in good condition with only minor handling marks. The action cannot be function-tested as the item lacks a trigger, firing pin, and other internal components.
