Description
This is a factory original Remington 700 ADL long action stock designed for .30-06 caliber rifles. The stock is constructed from walnut with a high-gloss finish and features a Monte Carlo-type comb with a raised cheekpiece on the left side. The furniture includes decorative checkering panels on both sides of the forend and the pistol grip, characterized by a triple-pointed border design. The butt is fitted with a black synthetic buttplate. Internally, the stock is precision inletted for a bolt-action receiver and trigger assembly, consistent with the blind magazine configuration of the ADL model. While no manufacturer names or serial numbers are visible on the exterior or interior surfaces, the design and user-provided specifications identify it as a Remington 700 ADL long action component.
Condition report:
The high-gloss finish remains largely intact with minor signs of handling and use, including superficial scratches. A small chip is present on the lower edge of the buttstock near the toe. The checkering remains well-defined and the internal inletting appears to be in good functional condition with no visible cracks or structural repairs.
