Description

This lot features a single double-action revolver, identified as a contemporary copy of the Smith and Wesson Military and Police Hand Ejector model. Chambered in .32 caliber, the firearm is equipped with a 4-inch barrel and a six-shot swing-out cylinder. The design includes a fixed blade front sight and a rear notch sight integrated into the top strap. The metal surfaces are finished with a heavy dark brown patina, exhibiting widespread surface oxidation and areas of light pitting on the frame, cylinder, and barrel. The furniture consists of checkered black composition grips featuring circular medallions with intertwined lettering reminiscent of the Smith and Wesson logo, and a lanyard ring is attached to the base of the grip frame. Key markings include the numbers 0 6 8 on the crane and 8 9 0 on the frame flat located beneath the barrel assembly. The rear face of the cylinder is marked with the letter P and the number 0. No specific manufacturer name or caliber designation is clearly legible on the exterior of the firearm. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.

Condition report:

The firearm is in poor to fair condition. The original blued finish is heavily worn with extensive surface oxidation and deep pitting throughout the metal components. The bore condition is not visible but likely reflects the external degradation. The action appears to function mechanically, though we have not function-tested this firearm for timing or lock-up. The hard rubber grips show wear to the checkering and some minor dings but remain intact. The lanyard ring is present and functional.
