Description
A Schrade USA SC507 Scrimshaw series folding lockback pocket knife, manufactured in Ellenville, New York. This model is a variant of the LB7 Bear Paw pattern. The knife features a single stainless steel clip-point blade with a nail nick for opening. The tang is stamped SCHRADE+ over U.S.A. SC507. The blade face displays a gold-tone etch featuring the Schrade Scrimshaw logo and a stylized sun icon. The handle scales are made of white Delrin featuring a black scrimshaw-style illustration of two raccoons. The construction includes solid brass bolsters, liners, and pins. This item is accompanied by its original Schrade Scrimshaw branded black cardboard box, a brown leather belt sheath stamped SCHRADE, and original factory paperwork.

Condition report:
The knife is in very good vintage condition. The brass bolsters exhibit a significant natural patina and tarnish consistent with age. The blade retains its factory edge with no evidence of sharpening, though minor surface spotting and residue are visible on the flats. The leather sheath shows light handling wear. The original box exhibits shelf wear, scuffing, and minor compression at the corners.
