Lot 307:
A Lot of 150 Rounds of .32 Auto Ammunition
Sold for: $55
Description
This lot consists of 150 ounds of .32 Auto centerfire pistol ammunition, also known as .32 ACP or 7.65mm. The ammunition is organized into three containers: a red MTM Case-Gard flip-top plastic case containing 50 rounds, a translucent green MTM Case-Gard flip-top plastic case containing 51 rounds, and a Winchester-branded cardboard box with a styrofoam tray containing 50 rounds. The lot features a variety of manufacturers as evidenced by the headstamps, which include W-W 32 AUTO, R-P 32 AUTO, REM-UMC 32 AUTO, NORMA, NORMA 32 ACP, HP 7.65, and P 32 AUTO. These markings indicate cartridges produced by manufacturers such as Winchester, Remington, Norma, and the Hansen Cartridge Company. The ammunition is brass-cased and primarily utilizes full metal jacket projectiles. The Winchester packaging is marked for 71 grain bullets.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in mixed condition. Most rounds appear clean with bright brass cases, though several exhibit light surface tarnishing consistent with age and storage. One individual round in the green plastic case shows significant green oxidation, or verdigris, on the casing. The primers are unfired, and the ammunition appears to be live. The plastic storage cases are in good, functional condition, while the Winchester cardboard box shows moderate shelf wear and some minor edge
