Lot 329:
A Collection of 27 Handgun Grips and Grip Sets Including Pachmayr and Eagle Grips
Sold for: $180
Description
This lot consists of a collection of 27 handgun grips and grip sets, primarily manufactured by Pachmayr and Eagle Grips, designed for various revolver and semi-automatic pistol frames. The collection includes a Thompson/Center G2 Contender grip in original blister packaging, a boxed set of Pachmayr pistol grips, and an Eagle Grips package. Notable attributions identified through packaging and markings include sets for the Colt Single Action, Ruger Speed Six, and various Smith & Wesson models. The majority of the items are constructed from black textured rubber or synthetic polymer designed for enhanced recoil absorption and ergonomics. One loose set of black rubber grips features a gold-tone medallion inlay. Verbatim markings across the lot include Pachmayr Fine Gun Accessories, Eagle Grips, Handgun Grips Colt Single Action, and a Ruger Speed Six identification sticker. The items are a mix of new-old-stock in original retail packaging and loose sets in clear poly bags. No firearms are included in this lot.
Condition report:
The collection is in overall good to very good condition, with several items appearing to be new-old-stock in original, though shelf-worn, packaging. The rubber and polymer components remain generally pliable with well-defined checkering and texturing. Some loose items show light signs of previous mounting or handling wear. Packaging exhibits varying degrees of creasing, discoloration, and adhesive residue from vintage price tags.
