Description
This is a Crosman American Classic Model 1377 pump-action air pistol chambered in .177 caliber, designed for target shooting and small-game control. The air pistol features a multi-pump pneumatic action and is finished with a black coating on the primary metal components. The furniture consists of a brown polymer grip and a matching pump-lever forend, both of which feature a molded wood-grain texture and checkering for improved grip. Key markings include the model designation American Classic and MODEL 1377 .177 CAL. on the right side of the main tube, with the manufacturer information stamped as CROSMAN AIRGUNS of EAST BLOOMFIELD, NEW YORK, U.S.A. The serial number 482305820 is clearly visible on the left side of the tube. A yellow instructional decal on the rear left side of the tube reads TO COCK PISTOL PULL BACK TWO CLICKS with a directional arrow. The pistol is equipped with a fixed front blade sight and an adjustable rear sight, and it features a cross-bolt safety located behind the trigger. Note – As an antique or black powder firearm, this item does not require a background check.
Condition report:
The air pistol is in good overall condition. The black finish on the metal components exhibits minor surface scuffs and light scratches from handling. There is a small amount of surface oxidation present on the metallic breech cover. The brown polymer grips and forend are in good condition with well-defined checkering and no significant dings. The bore is bright. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this air pistol.
