Lot 467:
RCBS and Lee Precision .22-250 Remington Three Die Reloading Set
Sold for: $35
Description
This lot consists of a three-piece reloading die set for the .22-250 Remington caliber, housed within a green RCBS plastic storage case. The set includes a full-length sizer die, a seating die, and a third specialized die, accompanied by an original RCBS product instruction manual. The exterior of the case features a factory label identifying the contents as a Full Length Die Set, part number 10601, Group A, intended for use with shell holder number 03. Internal inspection reveals a mixed manufacturer assembly; the die positioned on the left is explicitly marked LEE-22/250, while the remaining two dies are consistent in design with RCBS production but lack prominent external branding. The components are constructed of machined steel with a combination of blued and natural finishes.
Condition report:
The dies are in good used condition, exhibiting light surface wear, minor oxidation on the threaded portions, and some internal residue from previous reloading operations. The knurling on the adjustment rings remains sharp and functional. The green plastic case shows typical scuffing and shelf wear, with a partially removed orange Carter\'s Country price sticker on the side label. The instruction manual is intact with minor creasing.
