Description
This lot consists of three individual containers of smokeless gun powder from Alliant Powder, containing a verified total of 1 Lb 13 Oz Of Powder. The collection includes one 1-lb bottle of Reloder 15 smokeless medium rifle powder, one 1-lb bottle of Unique smokeless pistol and shotgun powder, and one 1-lb bottle of Blue Dot smokeless powder for pistol and shotgun. The Reloder 15 container is marked Made in Sweden for New River Energetics and features the Alliant Powder logo with the description High Velocity Varmint Loads. The Unique and Blue Dot bottles are both marked Formerly Hercules Powder and indicate they were Manufactured in United States of America. Verbatim markings on the reverse labels of the Unique and Blue Dot containers attribute manufacture to Alliant Techsystems of Kenvil, New Jersey, and list the ingredients as Nitrocellulose CASRN 9004-70-0, Nitroglycerin CASRN 55-63-0, Diphenylamine CASRN 122-39-4, Ethyl Centralite CASRN 85-98-3, Rosin CASRN 8050-09-7, and Polyester NJTSRN 800928-5003. Condition report:
The three black plastic bottles and their respective screw-top caps remain in good structural condition. The labels show minor shelf wear, light scratching, and dust consistent with age and storage.
