Lot 1073:
A Lot of 10 Semi-Automatic Pistol Magazines including Beretta and Walther Style Handguns
Sold for: $95
Description
This lot consists of 10 semi-automatic pistol magazines of varying capacities and designs, intended for use with double-stack handguns. The magazines are primarily constructed of blued steel, with one magazine featuring a polished bright finish. The collection includes designs compatible with the Beretta 92 series, Walther PDP, and Para-Ordnance platforms. Technical specifications include a variety of floorplate styles, ranging from flush-fitting steel plates to extended polymer baseplates with integrated finger grooves. Several magazines feature witness holes or stamped numbers for round counts, including indicators for 5, 10, 13, and 15 rounds. Transcription of visible markings includes MADE IN ITALY on several units, MG-P.O.-.45 on the polished example, and CR-22B 9mm on a blued unit. One magazine has the identifier 96/5 written in marker on the side. The lot contains both standard length and compact magazines.
Condition report:
The magazines are in used condition, showing finish wear, surface scratches, and minor oxidation across the blued steel bodies. The feed lips appear straight and functional, and the followers move freely under spring tension, although they have not been function-tested with a firearm. The polished magazine shows light surface scuffing. Polymer components exhibit minor impact marks and handling wear. One magazine has handwritten marker notations on the side.
