Description
This lot features a Sig Sauer P290RS sub-compact semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Parabellum, designed for discrete carry. The firearm features a 2.9-inch barrel and a distinctive two-tone finish consisting of a natural stainless steel slide paired with a black polymer frame. The frame is equipped with textured grip panels featuring the SIG SAUER logo. Sighting is handled by a set of SIGLITE night sights marked MH3 AL on the top and rear, complemented by a factory-mounted integrated laser sight beneath the muzzle. Key markings include the model designation SIG SAUER P290RS on the left side of the slide and the barrel hood which specifies 9mm Para. The polymer frame is marked MADE IN EXETER, NH and contains a serial number plate bearing 26C003274. This auction lot includes two magazines, comprising one flush-fit and one extended magazine with a grip sleeve, along with the original cardboard box, owner’s manual, cable lock, and spare floor plate. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in good used condition. The stainless steel slide shows light surface wear and minor handling marks. The polymer frame and textured grips are well-preserved with no significant gouges or cracks. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested the integrated laser or live-fired the weapon. The bore was not inspected but the external condition suggests regular maintenance. The original factory box shows some shelf wear and edge fraying.
